SportMed Soccer Makes Its Debut as Part of Premiership Football on TEAM 1040
VANCOUVER (Tuesday, August 12th, 2008) - A new program of soccer training tips developed in a partnership between the British Columbia Soccer Association and SportMedBC will make its debut Saturday, August 16th in conjunction with Premiership Football on TEAM 1040 powered by BC Soccer and Whitecaps FC.

BC Practitioners Play Strong Support Role in Beijing
VANCOUVER (Wednesday, August 6th, 2008) - Approximately 40 per cent of the Canadian Olympic Committee's medical team for the Games of the 29th Olympiad are residents or practitioners based in British Columbia, SportMedBC announced today. With the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games slated to officially begin Friday, August 8th, SportMedBC confirmed that 19 of the 50 members of Canada's Olympic Medical Team are British Columbians.
