Professions that have an official sport medicine designation, or that have a majority of their members working with athletes are eligible to list qualified practitioners.
Only those practitioners who meet the minimum qualifications and standards as set out by their respective professional organizations may be listed in the SportMed Directory of Practitioners. Please read:

SportMed Clinics - British Columbia
The list of clinics and professional practices in British Columbia is derived from the individual listings in the SportMed Directory. Each of the clinics and practices listed has at least ONE SportMed-listed practitioner working there. By clicking on a clinic, you will be able to find which SportMed-listed practitioners are associated with the facility as well as their areas of specialty. By exploring the clinic listings, you will also be able to locate multi-disciplinary clinics where practitioners from more than one profession are working together.
Over the coming months, we will be continuing to add more information to the clinic listings so that:
1) practitioners can promote their practices and
2) consumers can find clinics in their area that provide the services that they are interested in.
While SportMedBC does not endorse the individual clinics listed, we work with the various professional colleges and associations on an ongoing basis to ensure that the clinics listed are represented as accurately as possible.
