		<description>I can definitely attest the the findings of this research simply from personal experience. My power output, RPE, and motivation are very poor after only 2 nights of inadequate sleep. I think it is important for some athletes to schedule sleep into their training programs. I do this during important races and training periods and it helps keep things on track.</description>
