SportMed Run Walk Online 2010
SportMedBC offers two online training options to choose from - both follow our proven 13-week training schedule, and offer all of the SportMed RunWalk programs - Walk10K, NordicWalk10K, LearnToRun10K, or Run10KFaster.
See below for details on the Sun Run InTraining Online and the SportMed Run Walk Online programs:
Option 1: Sun Run InTraining Online 2010
Starting February 6, 2010 join SportMedBC's resident Olympian Lynn Kanuka and start training for the 2010 Vancouver Sun Run with SportMedBC's unique online support.
You will have access to SportMedBC's proven 13-week training schedules and will be provided with valuable coaching advice every step of the way. You can train anywhere and at anytime—all you need is a computer and a good pair of running or walking shoes!
New for 2010 – A weekly live webinar series hosted by SportMedBC’s Lynn Kanuka, will feature guest presenters on a variety of relevant training and fitness topics such as nutrition, pacing, injury prevention and more. The 13 weekly webinar package is included FREE with your registration in Sun Run InTraining Online.
You can train using any of the SportMed RunWalk programs - Walk10K, NordicWalk10K, LearnToRun10K, or Run10KFaster.
Your registration fee - $139, plus GST - includes:
• Sun Run InTraining Logbook
• New Balance Lighting Dry Tempo Long-sleeve shirt
• 13-week detailed training programs for all levels
• An individual entry for the Sun Run
• Weekly coaching advice from Olympian Lynn Kanuka
• Access to weekly webinar series (13 in total)

Option 2: SportMed RunWalk Online 2010
If you would like to train for a 5K or 10K event in or around May 2010 – SportMed RunWalk (Feb 2010) is for you!
Starting February 6, 2010, Lynn Kanuka will guide you through SportMedBC's proven training schedules and will provide you with valuable coaching advice every step of the way. You can train anywhere and at anytime—all you need is a computer and a good pair of running or walking shoes!
Decide on your 5K event – around March 20-26, or your 10K event – around May 1-21, or, simply go the distance on your own. With SportMedBC's unique online support we will help you reach the finish line.
